There are now broken windows, there is no security but there are hundreds of pidgeons emerging from the property. This is a Grade II Listed building! Look at the state of it! Who owns it now? Why hasn't the owner or Stockton Borough Council done anything about the disrepair? Look at the weeds and moss. Please can anybody help with this mess? I'm close to tears. :'-(

This actor (Uncle Vernon Dursley in Harry Potter films) comes from my town of Stockton-on-Tees and I was delighted to hear that he attended exactly the same college as me - Stockton/Billingham Technical College. I well remember hearing Sir Bruce Forsyth practicing his Billingham Forum performance on the college stage, bossing everyone around with a mean temper, but had no idea Richard had attended my college too.
